SGSU has reserved a block of rooms at the Sheraton Seattle Hotel at discounted rates. To receive the SGSU group rate, please be sure to reference the 2011 SGSU Kimbrough Seminar.

Reservations
Guest room reservations can be made by calling the Reservations Department at (206) 621-9000 or the Central Reservations office in the Continental US at (888) 627-7056. Reservations can be made online at http://www.starwoodmeeting.com/StarGroupsWeb/booking/reservation?id=1006307390&key=2D3D1 . It is important that each guest contact the hotel prior to the cut-off date, identify themselves with the group and provide the hotel with their name, contact information and arrival/departure dates to receive the discounted rate. The hotel cut-off date is December 20, 2010. The block may sell out prior to this date, therefore attendees are strongly encouraged to make their reservations early.

Hotel Deposit & Cancellation Policy
A form of payment is required at the time of booking in order to secure your reservation. Cancellations can be made up until 6:00 p.m. hotel time on January 14, 2011 with no penalty. If you cancel after 6:00 p.m. hotel time on January 14, 2011, the forfeiture amount will be one-night’s stay.
